Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Plasma Cutting Machines at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic machine health checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues.
• Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with application, production, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting assistance when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
• Maintain spare parts usage records and service history.
• Travel extensively for installation and service support across India.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
• Own two-wheeler is compulsory for field service work.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region and across India.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
