The installation included two precision cutting machines from Winarc’s range, alongside a heavy-duty press brake, making this one of our most comprehensive multi-machine deployments to date.

Machine 1: WinMaster 6kW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
The centrepiece of the installation is the WinMaster 6kW fiber laser cutting machine, Winarc’s flagship flat sheet fiber laser system and the industrial standard for serious production environments in India.
At 6kW laser power, the WinMaster delivers:

The WinMaster at 6kW transforms flat sheet processing, eliminating secondary grinding on most applications and significantly reducing cycle time compared to plasma or manual cutting alternatives.

Machine 2: WinTube 3kW Tube Laser Cutting Machine with IPG Photonics Laser Source
The second machine in this installation is the WinTube 3kW tube laser cutting machine, configured with an IPG Photonics fiber laser source, one of the world’s most respected laser source manufacturers.
The WinTube handles what flat sheet cutters cannot: metal tubes, I-beams, C-channels, and structural profiles in round, square, and rectangular sections.

The WinTube replaces hours of manual marking, sawing, and grinding with a single automated process. A complex saddle cut or mitre profile that previously took 30 to 45 minutes per piece is produced in under 3 minutes, with identical accuracy on every component.

Machine 3: 320T Tandem Press Brake Machine
Completing the three-machine installation is a 320T Tandem Press Brake Machine, giving Pace Digitek a comprehensive metal cutting and forming capability within a single facility. The press brake pairs naturally with the laser cutting machines, laser cut flat sheets and profiles are formed to the required geometry on the press brake, enabling a complete sheet metal production workflow from raw material to finished part.
